This 4th floor apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (1 shower and 1 bath) No towels are provided. Washing machine and tumble drier. Ceiling fans in all rooms. There are 2 undercover parking bays (unallocated) marked with a V. Parking bays are not suitable for large vehicles. The complex has a communal swimming pool & braai area at pool. No braai allowed on balcony at unit. Please bring own decoder, smart card and necessary cables, dish is compatible for Explora decoder as well.
