• A well maintained rental property is a great example of a harmonious tenant-landlord relationship and one that we pride ourselves on delivering.
• We strive to ensure our landlords and tenants are well informed when signing a Lease Agreement so that all parties fully understand the mandate terms. Our two mandate agreements are a Procurement Mandate and a Property Administration Mandate. 
• We will do a rental assessment of your property and arrange for prospective tenants to view the property.
• We will do TPN and reference checks of prospective tenants and secure written particulars. 
• We will prepare lease agreement. 
• We will collect security deposit from tenants.
• We will arrange tenant interview with Trustees of Body Corporate / Directors of Share Block Company if required.
• We will do an inventory assessment prior and post occupation.
