Luxurious 10th floor apartment with magnificent sea views . WiFi and Netflix available. 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lounge and main bedroom are air-conditioned. Each bedroom has own TV. Parking bays not suitable for large vehicles. One parking bay allocated to flat and there are un-allocated parking bays that may also be used. The complex has a communal swimming pool & braai area at pool. No braais allowed on balcony at unit. Washing machine, dishwasher and tumble drier.
