This first floor apartment (one flight of stairs leading up to the unit) has a large undercover balcony, full sea views, modern open plan lounge (DSTV full package) and dining area and kitchen with airfryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, crockery and cutlery. Linen & bath towels are provided, however beach towels are not. Laundry room with washing machine. This is a non smoking unit. One or two small dogs allowed by prior arrangement. WiFi available with mini UPS to keep WiFi on during load shedding - can also charge phone and tablets. (GiZZU Mini UPS and Cudy LTE Router)
And second small UPS for the TV, DSTV decoder and WiFi. Emergency Globes in kitchen, dining area and bedrooms.
